Vehicle Storage - North East

I hope you don't mind me posting this on here.

I have an industrial unit in which I, and a few of the lads, store our cars and bits with a 4 post ramp, compressor etc.

I was talking to the landlord the other day and he's offered me another smallish unit but I don't know if there's the demand out there for storage at the moment so I thought I would ask if anyone needs any space or knows anyone who does?

Unlike the present unit it would be storage only, rather than a working unit, but I think that the idea would be that if you needed to do some work on the car, ramp time etc. could be arranged in the existing "working unit" but that would need working out nearer the time.

The unit is located in the Stockton-on-Tees area with easy access to the A66.

If you are looking or know of anyone can you PM me or maybe give them my email (northernbloke@ntlworld.com) or number (07710 002812) so I can gauge demand.

I'm not looking for a definite commitment at the moment, just seeing if there's any demand so I can see if the numbers add up (rent, rates and bills etc.) [:D]

I'm aiming at £20 - £25 per car per week which should be pretty reasonable I hope.
