Any advice appreciated on the use of an indoor ventilated car tent. There are 3 I'm looking at, the Carcoon, the cair-o-port and the Airflow storage chamber.
thanks

Hi Robert. I am currently using air chamber and two types of carcoon.

In in my opinion I would not buy another air chamber the fit of the chamber/sealing leaves a lot to be desired Both of the carcoons I have one being the bubble one this seals very well but can be a bit of hassle having to take it off every time but orher than that it works well but I still cover the car with a soft car cover to avoid any scrating when taking the cover off and on.
I also have their veloce model (rigid tent type) this seals equally as well as the bubble but has the advantage off easy to get the car in and out. With this one you do not need a soft cover. However I still use one as well.

Ao so my opinion is the carcoion veloce is best but not the cheapest this is the one that I will purchase again

hope this helps. Terry

Hello Terry,
thats great advice. I'd only considered the inflated "drive in drive out" types. The other is a cair-o-car distributed by Hamilton classics. Looks like air chamber with an external frame and 3 fans. Similar price as veloce.
regards
robert

Hi Robert I do not have any experience Cr of the third type my observation would be that if the frame is on the outside it will take up more space and any metal possibly be prone to moisture. The veloce supports are on the inside and do not impede on internal space

Where did you get your Carcoon from? I was interested in the outdoor version and sent the company several e-mails with a few simple questions about the product and got no reply. Also does anyone have any experience of the Outdoor CarCapsule from the USA.

Thanks
