Venue for R4 meetings confirmed

After many discussions and trying to avoid a room fee i have managed to secure the DOVECOTE in Swinderby for our monthly meetings.

The confirmed dates for a meeting starting at 11.30 am are as follows:

Feb 8th
Mar 8th
April 19th
May 10th - possibly need to move this one?
June 14th - possibly at Bourne Classic Car show
July 12th - At Blenheim
August 9th
September 13th
October 11th
November 8th
Dec 13th - Xmas Lunch

If anybody is intending on attending both the meeting and meal (£9.95 single course or £13.95 for 3 courses) please contact me 2 days prior so i can inform Chris from the Dovecote of numbers.

Any non R4 members extremely welcome.

Meeting to start at 11.30 and lunch at 13.ish so if anybody can not make lunch this will provide an opportunity for you to leave without the torture of watching other eat.

Any ideas for a fun game / raffle greatly welcomed.

p.s please bring along some money to win a le mans trip all expenses paid.
