Maybe it makes you immune to laser speed traps!??(The laser just reflects straight back of you!??!![:D])
(i like the idea of wraps- i have seen a track car at Manthey in Germany in total matt black)
 
Mantheys in matt black wraps seem to be quite common. I've seen a couple in the flesh and a lot more in photos. Always look great in my opinion "¦

Hold on. That chrome wrapped 996T actually says "bling bling bling" on its sunstrip. Tackiest thing ever!
