Vibrating passenger wing

I have developed a very annoying vibration at idle and it seems to be the front passenger wing. It goes away on the move and at idle if I press the wing gently it stops but otherwise I can see it buzzing a little. The drivers side is still. So how are the wings attached, has something broken? All the bolts on the inner wing top are tight and the wing is in reasonable shape.
It's a pita and I really could do with sorting it out, anyone else come across it?
