Here is my in car video from the win at Thruxton in June.

Youtube only allows 15 minutes so I had to edit out some 'dull' laps in the middle.

I was expecting the 968's to do well in the wet as they are better balanced than the 911s but they were rubbish!

Well driven in appalling conditions - no chance of a dry line in that one.....
 
No, no damage just a tyre mark on the paintwork. When you are racing and there is contact it nearly always sounds much worse than it is, you think the side of the car is hanging off but usually its just a scratch.

It's a shame I didn't include the steering wheel in the shot as you'd have been able to see the amount of steering input I was having to make just to keep the car straight.
 
I did give him some room so he was fine about it, especially as he was able to recover to take 2nd. He did admit he should have backed off a bit to make the corner but then that wouldn't be racing !
 
The rear camera shot of him spinning off into the distance is awesome - like he's in space, flung out into the void!
