Hi all,

I would be interested in the views of those with knowledge and attention to detail as to the originality of this 964 Turbo eg seats, trim, fixings etc.

Yup. Looks like a 964 turbo!
Seems an odd question TBH.

Not really, sometimes these cars don't have the right wheels, interior has been re-trimmed incorrectly etc

As I am not an expert in these cars I thought I would ask here where there are a number of owners and experts.

after market radio cd

steering wheel is whats referred to as RS type which I like, if its a 93 model car it should have an airbag steering wheel.

Has it got air con? (and working) , view blocked by steering wheel.

and I would expect wear and tear on the drivers seat bolster just out of view

also watch out for peeling or 'crackled' gauges

Best regards

Thanks Gordon, it is a '91 car and does have aircon.

The green-ish interior is putting me off though [:'(]

In my opinion the green interior is different/unusual but quite exclusive and I think it looks ok, if the rest of the car is good I wouldn't let it be a deciding factor, my C2 has a cream interior and I'm personally not keen on it, really wanted one with a black interior but when I viewed the car it was overall a good un so was prepared to compromise.

I've always bought on the quality and condition(FSH) of the car, never got to hung up on the colours which is why I ended up with a Silver 993TT with boxster read interior which I thought about long and hard. But was glad I bougt it as the interior hadnt a mark it was different to nearly everyone elses and it was toned down by having black mats and a black headlining and dash. I now have a slate grey with dark grey interior 964 cab and wasnt looking for one!

If the car is right and you havent said its body colour or dashboard etc. With the cost of good turbo's going for ever higher you could make 2 changes. 1 - change the complets carpet colour, ring southbound for cost of a set, it was c£700 last time 4 years ago I enquired and you can always get a full set of seats this side of a thousand!

Hi Spy,

If the steering wheel is putting you off, I have an Immaculate standard one in my turbo which I will gladly swap with you [;)]
