Chassis no. is correct for an '82 SC . However the engine No. might be 63C3034 or 63C3334.

its the martini 911 with the martini leather and the buyer i have wants verification that this was a factory fit ,is there any way of finding this out?

I had a call about this car earlier this week and the same question was asked. The only way to find this out is to contact Porsche UK or A.G. either may ask for a fee. Porsche A.G. definitely will but will supply you with a document that states how the car left the factory. Try Porsche at Reading first, they may still have records.
 
I think any Porsche dealer can find this info out on their own computer by connecting to the database.If you are friendly with your local dealer they should be able to do it for you-you could always try the prospective purchaser ploy and see how far it gets you! I use Carrs at Exeter , they support the local Club members so they don't mind doing things like this.
