off topic I know but my neigbour has just pulled up outside my front door in his 1937 Ford and offered to take me on a white knuckle spin . Brilliant .... the noise is appalling and has to be heard to be believed. It sounds like its about to explode at 40mph.
Why White knuckle I hear you ask ? well it has no brakes and steers like a sinking ship !

Anyone else driven a vintage lately ? [:D]
 
I had a ride a couple of months ago in a 1960s Ford Consul with bench seats that were better than my setee[;)]
 
Mk1 Consul that was my 2nd car when I was a kid ! had 3 gears colum shift and vacuum wipers that went slower the faster you drove ! ah they were the days
