Folks along with Alan I have arranged a visit to the showroom of Bentley ( Glasgow ) actually in Hamilton for the afternoon of Sunday 11 September. The plan is for anyone interested to arrive at the showroom about 2 pm where a tour of the new showroom and service facilities will take place along with the current range of Bentley cars. Test drives will be available to members although it is essential that if you wish to take part then you must have both parts of your driving licence with you, their insurance will not allow anyone to drive a car without them. I am looking for people to post below if they intend to come along on the day in order that a rough estimate can be obtained to allow the garage to plan staff etc, and if the numbers are sufficient then a small buffet may be arranged. All in all it is a chance to see and drive the current range of Benley cars or any of the prestige vehicles that they have availbale on the day. Thank you for looking and hope to see you on the day.

Bit worrying to see 277 posts against my name... no life or what

Smashing fun especially the GT when I eventually drove it could not believe how much responsive and quicker than the saloon it was

Nice one Kenny

Anyone know how to organise same at Ferrari, or Aston Martin?

Agree..what a fantastic day ,was lucky to have a go in all 3cars have to say I liked the Continental Spur the best . Thanks to Kenny for all his hard work putting the day together, and not forgeting all the staff at Bentleys for there hospitality. It will be a day I will remember for a long time and seeing our Davids face as he drove the Arnage.

thank you to everyone who turned up today and I am glad that all enjoyed the experience, over 40 people and everyone who wanted a drive got one, or in some cases more than one. Thank you once again for making the effort it would not have been such a good day if people did not make the effort to come along.

We had a great time thanks to Kenny and the staff at Bentley Glasgow. Power and refinement of the Continental GT almost a match for my 968 [:D]

Utterly, utterly brilliant day. Big thanks to Kenny for getting this together, and the Bentley Boys were so cool, just how a proper dealership should be.

Arnage Turbo ... olde world cool, loved it.
Conti GT ... fast and aggressive, loved it.
Spur ... the ultimate Q car, really loved it!

A cracking day.
