We are visiting the new Lakeland Motor Museum, Near Newby Bridge on Sunday 5th June. Meet up at Porsche Centre, Kendal at 10.00 for coffee before travelling to the musuem.

Please e-mail me at r18@porscheclubgb.com if you are planning to attend to help with catering arrangements and so that we can have enough reserved parking at the museum.

Regards

Cheers Alan, there's at least 2 routes - the google map link didn't show a route when I opened it. There's the main road route, out of Kendal, A591, A590, up Lindale Hill and to Newby Bridge - almost all dual carriageway and as exciting as the M6, or there's the twisty country roads route - A5284 out of Kendal, cross the A591 at the big roundabout, down the twisty country roads through Crook, down to the A592 Bowness to Newby Bridge road along the banks of Windermere, past our caravan site where I could be with my camera snapping you all as you fly past, then to the museum.

David has put me in touch with Michael Moore who I understand is planning the route so I'll see what his plan is.......
