Hi All,
I am in the process of organising a visit to Prodrive in Banbury. When I organised a visit a few years ago we spent half the time being shown the historic cars in their museum by their very knowledgeable guide. We then visited the area where they make the Mini rally cars and then to the factory where they make the Aston Martin racing cars. We then had a look at their manufacturing facilities which were very interesting. The visit was very enjoyable, informative, interesting and worthwhile.

I am currently waiting for the guide to confirm that Sunday 22nd November is okay for her to show us around there new building, historic cars and facilities. This visit will be limited to 25 people on a first come first served basis and the price is £20 per person. This is a great opportunity to see inside a automotive and manufacturing business that has a huge amount of history.....How many time have you driven on the M40 and wondered what happened in the Prodrive factory when you've driven past?

Please will you post below if you are interested in attending. It will be on a first come first served basis and their will be a reserves list.

Here is a link to their website: http://www.prodrive.com/ so you can see what they do

Hi Can you put my name down for the 22nd Nov for the tour of Prodrive
Thanks
Dale Melrose

Hi, thanks, this sounds good. Please put me down for 1 place. I might have a friend who's interested too, I'll get back to you on that...

Cheers,
Peter

Hi Yes I would be interested in this offer too as I hope to see what Prodrive did for the UK's America's Cup boat.

One Plus One = 2 place's please as I have a friend who's like to join me as he's into his Motorsport big time as
I'm into my Porsche cars and the Special America's Cup Boats.

Yours Kevin. [:)]

Hi Guys,

Drove past Prodrive this morning --- at least half a dozen Porkers parked out side. - softening them up for our visit!!

Might ask if I can bring another guest -making us 3 in total.

Looking forward to it.

Hi All,

I plan to get to Cherwell services at 9:15 am (via M25 and M40) for breakfast and will leave at 10:15 as we are expected at Prodrive at 11am. I will be in my Red 944 S2.

The address of Prodrive is:
Prodrive
off Chalker way
Banbury
Oxfordshire
OX16 4XD
England

A map to find Prodrive is attached.

Any questions...Please ask.
See you there.
Jason

Hi Jason,

Thanks for the info.

we'll meet you at ProDrive before 11am. (no chance of getting my 'guests' getting up in time for your 9.15+ meet at the service station!)

Don't look too closely as the 911 will be left at home as I have 2 passengers - one being 6ft 2 and the other one short and tubby - but don't tell him I said so!! no chance of fitting them both in the Porker!

So I will be in a silver E320.

Cheers,

Richard
