Visual theft Deterrent Porsche 356

I'd think a Crooklock on the steering wheel might be good, maybe also with one of those locks that attaches the gear stick to the pedals.!

Thanks for swift reply Chris. Have looked at that option but the pedal goes straight into the floor so difficult to secure a crook look to any of pedals securely.

Anyone seen or know of a good visual 356 Theft Deterrent?

What about one of those locks that fit over the hand-brake and the gear stick. Or one that fits around the steering wheel.

Cheers,

Thanks Fred - nice ideas but the handbrake is on the right hand side under the dash and the gear stick is in the centre.

The disk type ones that fit completely over the steering wheel are only good if you have a self lock type mechanism on the steering wheel when its centered. The 356 does not have this feature.

I am not sure about a good visual deterrent but the installation of a good tracker might put your mind at peace. What a world we live in eh!

Try Googling Pedal Box Lock, it may be what you are looking for.
I think I mentioned it in the 3.2 column a few months ago, and you can keep some valuables in it too, especially helpful for cabriolets.

You could always borrow one of McNulter's Weimeraners and leave that in the car!

Ahem, Hungarian Vizslas if you please..... [&:]

Good point though. No-one's ever gone through the rear hatch of my car with these two in the back to slobber over them....
