Mate of mine looking to get these fitted to him 996c2 been recommnded by Elite Tyres Rainham. Anyone had any experience of these?? Apparently Porsche now not aloowed to say they wont recommend them for their cars after some court ruling.

Hi,

I have the ultrac sessanta's on my daily drive (a4 quattro) and they seem to be good.... Not had them on the 911 though.

Hi,

Great tyre company particularly known for their wet weather traction. Have the sportmatic 3 on my Toyota and incredible traction in the wet, snow. Not tried them on my 911 though. Softer tyre so probably will wear quicker than Continentals for example.

I get the impression that u get circa 25% less mileage than u do with a pirelli or michelin but u pay considerably quite a bit less. A local Tyre specialist said they had the court ruling i mentioned and actually they were a good day to day tyre. I may try them out on my range rover when the tyres on that need replacing
