Had my 1st Service done last week by my OPC and being in a hurry I didn't check the service book until I was back home.

Noted that service book had been stamped, body check had been stamped but brake fluid service hadn't!![&o]

Emailed dealer at weekend and reply is as follows:-

[FONT=verdana, geneva"]"looking at the jobcard, i cant see that i have actually charged you for a brake fluid charge, which would indicate that it wasnt done if you let me have the car back then i can get it sorted for you."

No apology for the inconvenience of now having to take car back etc and this makes me wonder what exactly are we paying £120+ ph for when 2 out of 4 jobs connected to the first service weren't done. The 2nd and probably biggest part of the service wasn't done at my personal request ie "Don't wash my immaculate car when finished" :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

I am sure Porsche Cars GB would be able to give me a perfectly logical reason to how such an important part of the service procedure can be so easily missed out by an OPC but would be totally unforgivable if an Independant ever made such a serious error []
