early 911

Can anyone help Ivan with his bracket problem . . . were they the same on 912's?
Hi Phil,
Ivan O'Shea here in Ireland....I'm trying to get my 67 911 on the road for this summer season and have hit a snag with the seat mounts. Basically my car is a hybrid 1967 912 body shell with 1967 911 engine, gearbox, running gear and interior etc. The problem seems to be that the body shell does not have the brackets (removable by the doors and welded to the center tunnel) to which the seat runners attach. I am hoping that you might know someone or may be able to suggest somewhere where I can get these brackets. The center brackets have cut outs to catch the seat adjustment mechanism. All this I have seen in a later 1969 911 which is the closest I can get to my own.
I not sure if I am explaining this very well but I hope you understand anyway and I look forward to your response.
Best wishes from Ireland,
Ivan O'Shea
