Wanted: 964 RS

Hello,
i am a 964 RS fan from Germany. Some months ago I sold my 3.2 Carrera to realize my dream car -the 964 RS. In Germany it is not so easy to find a accident free and original 964 RS Basis lightweight or Clubsport/NGT. In case of good cars often the professional dealers (e. g. Thomas from germansportscars) are often quicker than me.

It will be nice if I could receive from you some hints on possible sale opportunities. Every information on a good and orginal 964 RS is welcome.

Thanks a lot in advance.

best regards
Marcel

I was quicker than him once! Hardly any virgins here too ..... look at GT Classics

thanks for the information. Pistonheads i am checking very often. It is very interesting what kind of cars are offered there. The offered red one is nice but the problem is that i know the former price by the previous owner. And it will be hard to buy it now for much more having in mind the fomer price. I try to contact Paul from gt classics. Probably he have something in place. More information are also welcome . regards Marcel

Dont kid yourself, they are all like that!! A few years ago, they were C2 money, not now! Ignore past prices, buy in at market rate, and so long as you holding long term, I dont they will depreciate too much! Think of it this way, if you didnt know the former price, would you buy it? Will reitterate the GT classics plug

Good question. But to be honest: regarding the colour I am flexible but my favourite colour is maritime blue. The same car in my favourite colour I would buy. And I think (and probably the market as well) the red on is too expensive because this RS is offered now approx. since 6 months. In comparison to that the dealer before offered a 27,000 km red one RS also accident free in first paint for the same price And for sure i will try to keep the RS for a long term (hopefully forever). Have send a email to GT classics some minutes ago.

Remember that paul at GT Classics does this as a hobby and not his main business and he does happen to be very busy a lot....just in case an email response was expected immediately. Knows his stuff though!

Hey Marcel, I am presently looking for an upgrade from a 964 RS Basis Lightweight (carpet RS) to a clubsport. My baby had been rated at "1" last year. 40tkm, very well maintained. Check out the German RS Register at [link=http://www.rs.pocg.de/members/01_50931/m_01_50931.html]http://www.rs.pocg.de/members/01_50931/m_01_50931.html[/link] The car shown is mine. You can contact me via Klaus-vanBellen@online.de for further info. Natürlich auf Deutsch, falls Du möchtest. Greetings Klaus
