Have you looked at gtclassics, H&S and mobile.de ? There are a few around on these sites, but it does seem to be fairly quiet for cars at the moment.
Is the car for you?...that is quite a generic wanted description..there will be a really wide spread between a high miles lhd car and low miles rhd car......a/c is often a requirement for enthisiasts who are as lightweight as the cars.

I came back to edit to add...quite a few cars do seem to change hands by word of mouth...best if you can get to speak to a few owners as cars occasionally come up before reaching the dealers, plus those that do go to dealers are mostly "known" which is why some are still available

I flew to Germany and Thomas Schmitz found me 2 wonderfull cars. He is the man when it comes to these models.
Neither of my cars were advertised. We spent 4 days touring all over Europe. I would contact him and let him know you are ready to write the check for the right car. He will find it for you.
