Placed an ad in the wanted section already but know from experience not everybody looks there! Looking for an original turbo registered from march 02 on, all colours and specs considered, must be manual and must have had no paintwork other than stonechip type repairs to front end. Must have full opc service history and be a c16 car. Cash waiting for right car.

Can't help you with a specific car, well I could of a few days ago but I have just bought it [:)] but if you want a 2002 onward car I would look for a car registered June 2002 or younger as all cars from June 2002 onwards are 2003 model cars and have some extra/better features than the earlier model [;)]

don't suppose it had 30k something miles , had black soft leather and was in a garage was it? (seen midnight blue on your id)

If you want to buy from a dealer - try Maria at porsche centre west london. They gave me a cracking deal and have a huge turn around of cars. I bought it without even seeing the car. They were extremely helpful, cant fault them.
Car came with 4 new tyres, new discs and new clutch. They were superb.

No your OK [;)] Got it from Bournmouth OPC, 27k, grey leather, 4 new tyres and new front discs and has the aerokit on it.
Hanen't picked it up yet though, can't wait [:D]

I am taking delivery of a 997 turbo in August and will be selling my 996 turbo tip in July if thats any help. Its 03 53, midnight and savanna, 13,500 miles, extras: h/seats, disc changer, cruise, tracker. Will be front sprayed by Porsche to sort out some stone chips and the wheels refurbished for total £1,000.

sorry mate should have mentioned manual only, must be the only ad i never updated. Thanks anyway for looking, scott.

Will keep a lookout for you; What budget do you have and what are your must-have options?

You say that you want a 02-on car. It was Sep-01 that the changes were made (glove box, rain sensitive wipers, auto-dimming mirrors, bose sound system) so look for a 51-Reg or newer. If Satnav is a must-have then think about a 2003 car as PCM was ugraded then. Personally, I'm not a great fan of the Porsche satnav and would rather have a car without it, get a Tomtom and save £1000.

I have no must have options to be honest, but would pay slightly more for one with the aero kit or x50 anything else is just nice too have for me. I like most exterior colours but inside i've not taken to savanna, natural or boxster red, but everything else i can probably live with! The reason for march 02 is my personal number and it fits easily within my budget eg upto £60k for the right car. I've now spent £1k and travelled 1500 miles, wasted 4 days looking at cars mostly due to paintwork problems, eg paint other than front end been done, or services not being carried out on time etc!
