I have a 997 C4S that I may consider being used for this - is this purely for pictures, or will there be some 'performance testing', as my car isn't run in yet.

Also I presume that no registration plates will be visible in any pictures, and owners can remian anonymous if they like?

I could do that day in my C4 Celebration. Let me know if you want it on rlw@btclick.com.

Standard but lowered.

Just spoken with David; although he's got a 997 C4S from Porsche GB, he's keen to have my car along too - so I'll see the other members on the day.

Hi Simon,

Didn't intend to rain on your parade. Had seen your post earlier this week but today noticed that a 997 C4S was still required; therefore, I presumed that the issues that you had raised still caused you concern. I'm sorry if I was wrong. If you'd like to take your car instead then I'll gladly withdraw in your favour.

PS - It now looks like I can't go anyway - Have a good one !![:D]

Simon,

I just wanted to be sure that it was a PCGB car that represented the 997 C4S; if you change your mind then let me know - as it's a long way for me to drive to and from the venue!

Collected on 20 Mar; 1500 miles recorded already. Oh that sports exhaust sounds great at 7000 RPM!!!

Del

I'm currently with my parents in Cornwall, so had a decent 310 mile drive yesterday. By the time I get back to Kent, I'll be over 1,500 miles!!

PS - I agree about the PSE !!
