Wanted: Dead DME and DME Connector

I want to make an adapter to sit between my dme and wiring loom so I can measure some signals going into the DME without hacking wires etc. Would need a scrap DME for the female component and a DME connector plus wiring for the male.

Let me know what you have!

Would the wiring connectors on an S2 be the same. Is it the big ones behind the passenger footboard and the one down the side of the drivers leg that you need? If they are, I have a scrap set you can have,

8 valve car uses a 35 pin DME and the 16 valve car uses a 55 pin DME.

Nineteen eighties Volvos and BMWs used a similar DME and their parts should be a good deal cheaper to buy. The loom connector and the ME socket are identical.

Barks944 I have an old loom in the garage if you need it, its from an early car and I have robbed most of the connectors off it so you can have the main connector if its any good to you.
Scotty, I used to live in Twyford just down the road from The Bird in Hand. I had no idea there was a meet there however that pub used to be known for car thefts and thefts from cars so I avoided it, although I try to avoid driving to a pub if I can walk to one.
