Wanted - signal colour 60's 911

early 911

Porsche Cars GB are doing a special display at Brands . . . showing Porsche cars through the various decades . . . for the 1960's they wanted a brightly coloured 911 (preference for signal orange) . . . but I think something like viper green would also be appropriate. They need the car from Thursday 25th August. Your car will be picked up and professionally trailered to Brands Hatch and returned to you once they've finished (imagine this will be the following Tuesday or Wednesday). From what I can gather they are creating a backdrop to display the car (i.e. a typical 60's scene).

Unfortunately there's no payment . . . just the knowledge that your car will be admired by (hopefully) thousands. Conditions are 1) Your car has to be a 60's model 2) Has to be very presentable (originality or history isn't important . . . it just has to look car . . . a fresh restoration would be great).

If you would like to take up this opportunity . . . drop me an e-mail at 911@porscheclubgb.com or call 07941 299 593 (after 6pm)

Cheers
Phil
