Hi all
Just changed the engine oil as as expected there was a rush of water first then plenty of oil. I had been warned to expect this. Then I got to start thinking why should there be so much water.Could this be due to poor engine crank case breathing? Low mileage car some short runs but mainly longer runs, any clues.
Note that I had run the engine to the point where the thermostat had opened and drained the oil at two points, the engine case and below the tank Water was only present from drain point under tank.
