Water leak advice

I noticd today at work that my o/s/r footwell was soaking wet so when I got home I investigated further to find that where the sunroof drain tube is connected into the fuel filler flap area, had come adrift from the holding grommet(inside the fuel flap).
I know that the sunroof and tailgate seals are ok(replaced before) and that the drain tubes are also clear so I wonder weather the disconnected pipe could have caused so much water in the footwell or am I missing something else?
Thanks

After yesterdays downpour I find again that I have a rear footwell full of water,I have now water tested the following:
OSR quarter window seal,Sunroof seal,Tailgate seal and door seal eith lots of water and no water is coming in so I wonder is it coming in through the floor area?[8|]The floor is solid but is there somewhere that it can come in maybe?

hello there,

Is it an early 944? i had the same problem with mine, after much searching i found it to be:

The seams around each drain hole in the roof had a split, which although very small let water in to run wherver it wanted in the car. I sealed these up and so far, dry carpets!
Hope this is of some help to you

mine is an86 LUX model I did a search and one theory is the water comes in the front end if the fr bulkhead tubes are blocked but surely the front carpets would be wet too?
