Water leakage ???

Hi there!

I've got a problem with water dripping into front footwell on my 968 during heavy rain. I've checked around wiper motor area and cleaned out leaf debris etc. from drain holes.

Can't see any signs of water leakage, but it's definitely there causing wet carpets etc. I don't think the sunroof drains anywhere near here so doubt that that could be the problem.

Anyone got any ideas?

Try checking the tightness of the bolts that hold the heater blower motor assembly down..To the bulkhead... I had a leak + traced it to these bolts. A few had worked loose...
Also are the drain holes in the bulkhead blocked . Does water drain out of the bottom of the front wings, when poured into the bulkhead area.???

Thanks Dave for responding

I think the drain holes are O.K., and water does drain out at the bottom of the wings, but I'll ceratinly check the heater motor bolts.
