Water leaking into doors and out of speakers!!!

The brackets that hold my front quarterlight windows in place have rusted, thus expanding and making the seals fit badly. This then leaks into the doors and then the water comes out of the speaker holes!!

Has anyone had this problem?

If so, what have they done to rectify it?

I hope your handy because it sounds like you have a major job on your hands! The window frame will probably specific to the cabriolet, as the windscreen is more steeply raked and lower then the coupe. And I think the window runners and the motor are all part of it. Porschapart have broken a cabriolet, they might have the parts you need, and a better idea of how bad a job it is to replace. The speakers on my cab were in a rubber surround, maybe this is damaged or missing, also there should be a plastic sheet between your door and door facia. The facia will quickly start to fall apart if it keeps getting wet. Good luck.
