Nice to see some preventative maintenance being done - good luck
Bilt Hamber do this stuff:

.... which is much better than Waxoyl (or so the tests say) and comes in large aerosol cans. DIY application - easy (and it's designed for it.)

If you 've got the facilities to fit new brake pipes you have the facilities to apply some waxoyl or similar.

but it does say not designed for prolonged UV exposure (IE daylight) pretty sure its cavity wax rather than underseal, though how much daylight reaches a dirty floorpan is debatable []

Before I fit new suspension/brakes pieces underneath I need to tidy up and underseal with a preservative. Unfortunately I don't have the space to do a proper job myself, can anybody suggest anywhere I can get this done ?

The very best rust wax I have used is a product called Rust wax in a spray can from CPC a box of 12 is approx 60 pounds , it dries semi hard its semi clear in colour with a tan finish, I have restored a large amount of old cars and never found a better wax, it dries and does not remain tacky and dirt does not stick to the wax, you have to use it to see how good it is, when you spray the wax it runs in all the place's you want and dryies in about 1 hour its also the nearest I have found to the oringinal wax Porsche used in the eighties.
Not particularly cheap mind you and you may have to wait up to three months as he is just so busy.
The Land rover clubs swear by him and them lads aren't shy of a bit of mud. The impact bumpers 911 club i was part of also recommended him.

I imagine he will use good stuff.
Take care there - he uses WaxOyl, which is far from being the best stuff out there. Quite some way behind the Bilt Hamber offering, and the Dinitrol product.

He quoted me £480 + vat but tried to talk me out of it by saying he did a 944 a few years ago and felt guilty about taking the man's money as the car was so good. I've said I will still go with it so will get it done in April.
£480+ vat [:-][:-][:-].

but it also says on the website that he is happy to use Dinitrol if the customer prefers.

True, and a good point.
I can't understand why you would do what looks like such a good job and (as a matter of course) not use the best product out there though. (And I'm not persuaded that Dinitrol is the best, although it is better than WaxOyl.)
