Leicester OPC is awsome,the parts guy is super helpfull and doesn't mind looking for little clips and trims someone like me is always looking for,the service department is also brilliant and they love older cars aswell,the technician that generally works on the older cars has had a 924,944 and now drives a 964 so is a genuine Porsche enthusiast.Great bunch of people- best main dealer i have ever experienced by a long shot.

Exeter is also superb for 944 parts at great prices, plus discount for PCGB members.

...and most places are better than Porscheshop. Sorry Paul, but the clowns need to sort themselves out before Id give them the time of day.

By selling lots of VERY expensive cars to people who like to give away large wedges of cash for privilege of driving a new car I guess.

Have to say East London OPC has been good on the one occasion I have been there. ARB clamps for for the front of the S2 - they had one in stock (needed immediately as the old one had broken) and found me another one within 24 hours (I wanted to change both.) Nice chaps to boot ... and not too pricey.

Having said that, I was sure Exeter were having a turkish when they quoted me parts prices for a new clutch. Each part priced individually (clutch plate, pressure cover and release bearing), each one more expensive than the whole assembly from Fraserpart. The sum total was over four times what I paid ... and they claimed that was with a discount!

Exeter have become my OPC of choice. Polite, helpful and friendly on the phone and offer free postage and PCGB discount. My nearest is Chester but after they tried to charge me and increased price between ordering and collecting and them being unable to give me a simple answer as to whether this should happen regularly I no longer use them if I can avoid it. Exeter have been nothing but helpful.

im with oli, all the way with opc,east london, colour crested metal centres £17.40p at opc , e/london and £30.00 from porscheshop, i would love to hear them explain that one away, cheers jason p
