I thought I would put this in your region forum as we have a few cars and a plane from R31 going and thought you might be interested aswell. The main details of the event are below;
The 655 Maintenance and Preservation Society proudly presents "Wellesbourne Wings & Wheels 2012" which will take place on Sunday 17th June 2012. There is a car entry fee of £5.00, for this you will get two free entrance tickets for the whole show.

"¢ Gates open at 1000hrs
"¢ Classic Cars & Military Vehicles
"¢ Slow Vulcan taxi at 1100hrs
"¢ Classic car trophy presentation at 1300hrs
"¢ High speed Vulcan taxi at 1400hrs
"¢ Pleasure Flights & Static Aircraft
"¢ Refreshments and Ground Displays
They will be having the Avro Anson taking off, possibly a fly over by a Gloucester Meteor, a Vampire or Venom and a Dragon Rapide for public pleasure flights (all subject to servicablilty and the weather).
They can accept entries on the day. However they request that they are informed by phone on 07804686222 (up to Saturday evening). So that They can get the paperwork/tickets ready for collection from the gate. They prefer advanced bookings as much as possible so they can organise the displays.
We are planning to meet and Cornbury House for 8.45 and get to Wellesbourne for 9.30 so we can get set up.
If any one is interested the phone number to book is here and we might see you there.

There has been a change in the time the public are allowed in. The gate will open at 0930, as we will have aerostars (6 Yak planes) doing a flypast at 0945 (hopefully a bit more) on their way to Cosford. The fast taxy will be at 1400 as the Meteor and Vampire will be flying over at 1430 followed by the Blades at 1520. These are subject to the weather which will hopefully be good.

If anyone is interested to come along tomorrow if you contact Avril her number 07804 686222 and she can put tickets on the gate and can collect the entry on the day.
I will be at Cornbury House for 8.45 tomorrow and we should be able to get there for 9.30 at the latest we should see this fly past.
