wet passenger footwell - how many drains?

Hi all

A couple of months ago (September) my passenger footwell was wet. After reading a couple of the posts on here my husband removed the front wheel and unblocked what I assume was the aircon drain and had about a gallon of water out. Today now I've noticed that it's soaking again. He's checked the drain and it's clear. Could it be that it has all vented into my car or is there another drain on the passenger side that we don't know about. It seems such a short time for it to block again.
I've read of accessing a drain via the glove compartment - is this the same drain as the one he would have accessed via the front wheel or could the water be pooling from somewhere else. It's absolutely soaking.

Any help gratefully received!

Many thanks

Helena

I think you will find a drain either side of the rear of the Bonnet/Engine compartment.
I would not think these could leak inside the car but you never know.
Other than that are there any rubber plugs on the bottom of the bulkhead that could be missing?
Check windscreen washers ? Damaged sills ? Drain from sun roof ?

Hi,

Thanks for your response. I should have mentioned that it does not have a sunroof, but tomorrow the other half is going to take both front wheels off and see if there is anything that he may have missed. I was so sure that it was the drain again, but finding it empty has me stumped.

regards

Helena
