Wet start problem!

My poor car really doesn't like the rain.

Really very rough when I first start it and until it's warmed up - I'm having to slip the clutch at junctions which is rather worrying.

I have sprayed with Damp Start which has helped in all but the heaviest rain but something rather important is obviously still getting wet.

Does anyone know what component is the most likely culprit so that I can give it some special attention?
