Wetting on inside of the windows: getting worse...

2009/ 2.9/ Boxster, good roof, no fitting issues, side windows pinch up as they should.

This late autumn and now I'm getting extreme wetting on the inside of all the windows after the car has been standing outside on the level. The car has a magnetic tight fitting cap.
I have a large box of kitty litter in the car to take some moisture out but a week ago it was running down the inside of the screen.
All carpets dry as a bone, always have been, all drains clear (last done about 2 months ago when the roof was opened to do the AOS, front drains done too. Everything back in place as it should be.
A/C not used for months.
Car now used about every 10 days to keep the battery up.

I don't recall it being like this in winters before.

Any thoughts please?

Graham.

I was going to suggest a blocked condensate drain for the a/c but you’ve not used it for a couple of months so that seems unlikely. I thought it was good practice to always use the a/c if only for it’s dehumidifying effects?

The a/c sprung to mind as my wife’s 2.5 year old Mini Cooper was suffering from condensation and wet carpets - we took it back to the Mini main dealer who diagnosed a kinked/blocked condensate drain, that was three weeks ago and the car is still there while they wait for a replacement part from Germany.

Thank you Andrew for the thoughts.
more I think about it this has started to happen since I did the aos and unclipping the roof to get access to the engine.
Im sure I put it all back but could the under material be the cause?

Took the car out last weekend and it stayed dry.
it has been standing outside with the cap on for a week, so will drive it again tomorrow and see if it does it!
Of course, it could be the drip driving it.....
happy New Year!
