This weekend has been the FIRST time the sun has been shining and I have been able to take the new car for a spin - since December!!!

I went out on a couple hour countryside burn. Empty winding roads, clear blue skies and a spec'ed-out new 911 Turbo - it really doesn't get much better!

Man I love my new car [:D] Anyway, took a couple of pics and did some playing in photoshop this evening:

Know the feeling! I took a trip to Church Stretton on Friday - great run and not too many numpties!

Glad you finally got out ot play Alex...[:D] although the pictures all seem to be of the car at home ??! not on the open road..[;)]

I've just found out about another member who has been out playing in a TT this weekend, I'll let him say his bit [8D]

Sadly a weekend in the second motor running up and down the Motorway for me [:(]

There is a VERY good reason for this.

Choosing between driving on empty sunny roads, or pulling over (even for a minute) and taking some countryside pics. NO BRAINER! I was having way too much fun [:D]

Pics had to wait until I got home and the sun had started going down.

Great pics

I can fully appreciate your sentiment

I was Yorskshire for the weekend - it was sunny and clear, the roads were empty and I'd been lent a highly specced 997 turbo for the weekend

We'd also found a road running around the spine of a hill(s) along the side of a dale with the clear skys it was stunning.[8D][8D]

Boy are the turbo's fast - in a time and space warping fashion. And as for how they hang on on tight corners......:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Had my brother in the car, first time I planted the big pedal in third, there was absolute silence from him followed by a word (rhymes with duck), he doesn't normally swear and isn't normally phased by fast cars [8|]
