I had a blow on one of the back boxes so while i tightened the clamp I noticed that on the pipes just before the Cats there is a small bolt going to the pipe just before the cat & just after the clamp. Just curious & wondered what its for ?

Do you mean the plug and sealing washer opposite side of the pipe to where the lambda sensor screws in? If so, I have no idea either! [:D]

Its on the pipe that is above the lambda sensor pipe ?
Here it is ,c'mon Richard I'm banking on you to get this lol

This is the one I was talking about, which looks like it might be the culprit. No idea what it is, unless it is some kind of test point access.

it is a test point kind off, it's actual for another Lambda sensor, when vehicle is on rolling road for tuning, the machine needs a lambda sensor to monitor fuel mixture, instead of disturbing the existing Lambda's, a convenient second 'bung' hole is supplied.
