what coolant 996 turbo

Hi

I need to change the coolant on my 2001 996 turbo. I have been told I need a G12 standard coolant - is this correct? Also, have been told you use this neat and must not be dilluted with water as I have read this is a big no on 996 engines. Could anyone let me know if this information is correct before I replace the anti-freeze. Have read articles in magazines, drivers manual and 996 books and they all seem to contradict themselves on type and mix of anti-freeze - has anyone got a straight answer - thanks - Adam.
