Hi ya,
i am just about to buy a used "S" with 19k and 3 and a half years old. I have had a good look around, body in great nic, paperwork all in order, 3 out of 4 wheels have been curbed (the ferrari/porsche speciallist dealer said it was the previous female owner). I know very little bout boxsters and with the 19k and age, regardless of if it drives grrreeat, what do you recommend to do for servicing, get an OPC do do a 48k service, standard service? I really dont know and need to make my mind up or the wife will do something to me[]

Please, any ideas about looking after your car and even recommendations of where to get it serviced (south east kent, but will travel within reason).

Cheers,
Peter

I'd get a Porsche inspection performed - an OPC can arrange this, and then just the 24K service.

Dan 07939 594008 Chipsaway will sort the alloys for you and if you are not in his area he will put you in touch with a man who can [;)]

As for the rest best get an independant expert to check the beast out, like the local OPC, I am sure you know all the usual ground rules when buying a used car Good Luck the Boxster is a great sports car [8D]
