OK I know this subject has been discussed before but here goes as help/advice is required.
Just sold my immaculate 2000my Boxster 3.2s with full history and only 29000 miles on the clock []
Anyway to cheer me up I'm now looking for my first and some (wife) may say only 911. Would like to buy from an OPC for warranty, finance and history comfort etc with a budget of 37k max.
Just miss what looked like my dream car, a Guards Red 996 2004my carrera 2wd with 32k on the clock, full history at £33k which had just been sold before I got the deposit together [].
I definitely want a coupe and looking round it would appear that I have a choice of 2wd and 4wd S coupe between 2002 and 2004my.
I know its an age old story but torn between the wide bodied looks of the 4 S and the possible down side of weight and service cost. Or would I be better off with a good 2wd 996 or wait of a 997 to come up within budget ???????/ []
