I did a quick search on Autotrader, and there are three '03 tip cabs within 100 miles of me. Various specs, and mileages between 9500 and 26000. All dealers, and prices from £45-49.5K. If it's a private sale with 36000 miles, £42.5K sounds in the right region, but even though it's July, haggle. I'm sure you'll find he/she is keener to sell than you are to buy. And don't forget Rule Number 1 - get an independent inspection.

edit:

I just had to post the b*llsh*t description of one of these cars:

Automatic, Cabriolet, 26,000 miles. Navigation system. 911 is the definitive automotive icon & is without a doubt the world class standard in sports cars. If ever a sports car could be described as a legend then Porsche 911 is it.This prestigious Zuffenhausen Marque is a high spec thorough-bred with SATNAV and integrated GSM telephone system where reality truly lives up to expectation in this all-wheel-drive Tiptronic-S.This high-cost extra allows the sequential manual override by way of her twin buttons placed strategically each side of the infamous Weissach CREST sitting majestically @ the centre of her special alloy steering wheel. Her 3.6 Litre 24valve Flat6 produces a cool 320BHP with an exhilarating 0-60@around 5.2s & a top speed of over 170mph.This is truly a tasteful example of total automotive excellence with a distinct image of exclusiveness that goes far beyond the imagination. Little compares with this melodious flat six; especially when the sounds are located directly behind your hearing senses. The throbbing soundtrack starts right down at city speeds and you don't have to rev it hard to achieve that delicious virtuoso effect.Maxtorque is @ 4250rpm & it is there when your euphonious pleasures start reaching their peak.Among the exotic sports cars nothing comes close to supplying the sensational seat-off-the-pants rush effect that the CARRERA4 911 does £49,500

Thank's Richard ...add goes on a bit I think he is preaching to the unconveted [:D]

The car I have been offered has just had a service and pre inspection before the Porsche extended warranty was added ,so I have peace of mind on that front
