What no mirrors?

So it can't be a hairdersser's car, can it?
Also relating to mirrors on the cab the mirror heating comes on with position 1 of the ignition whereas all other variants it comes on with the rear demister. I realise the cab has no rear demister but what a bloody stupid idea that is - it isn't as if there isn't room for a dedicated heated mirror switch and TBH heated mirrors are worthless 350 days of the year anyway. I had a flat battery at Le Mans because of my mate needing to charge his phone and having the ignition on to power up the 12v socket.

He must have a very large battery in his 'phone - must make it difficult to carry (or does it come with it's own wheels ?)

I think it was more likely the heated mirrors than the phone charger that flattened the battery.

Yes, I rather assumed that.
I just wondered why your heated mirrors were on - mine come on with the rear-demist (so I am told, never been able to prove it, as my mirrors don't seem to get steamed up. Perhaps they get hot ? Mind you, air-con means that my windows don't steam up anyway, so....).

They come on with the ignition at position 1 (accessory) the same position you need to get power to the 12v socket in the dash or the stereo. That was my point; it's a bloody stupid bit of design.

I can see your point - an odd design feature, I must admit.
I just assumed that they were all as sensible as mine.
