Or probably on the phone and forgot to turn the wheel!

I think the reporter said several motoring offences so probably all three, as well as uninsured, no tax, no valid licence............[&:] I must stop watching all these Police, Stop, Camera, Road Wars, Sky Cops....it's making me very cynical.[]
