Hi

My son is keen to get a boxster and has seen a March 07 Boxster S manual with good spec but no satnav at a local OPC. Has only 5K miles and they are asking 28.5K for it. he is partex a 350Z and getting a reasonable price but the OPC told him that the boxster would be same price with or without partex.

I think that it is a reasonable price but would value any comments from this forum.

personally i would have thought nearer 25k in this climate jonathan-if derek only got 30k for his cayman s march 07,3 months ago i would have thought a boxster2.7 would not fetch more than early 20`s at opc at most.28.5 is top money i would guess.good saving from new though

sorry i didnt read closely enough!!for an s model that doesnt seem bad at all to me[;)]

OPC asking 28,5k for an S ! - assuming it isn't poverty spec, and i'd rather buy a car without PCM than with one due to the extortionate upgrade costs of the maps, then it looks like a good deal to me - trade only auctions would probably see the car sell at about 23k so the opc price looks competitive to me.

Hi

From my experience when I bought my (then new) 987S, the OPC really did not want my non-Porsche part ex. I'd sell the 350Z as a separate deal and then go back to the OPC and see what deal you can do.
