What should I ask for used M030 springs and shocks?

I just had a new Porsche M030 suspension kit fitted at Northway as one of my rear shocks was leaking.

A new M030 kit is currently available from Porsche for £550+VAT, plus 4.5 hours fitting.

I've come back with the old M030 springs and three shocks that weren't leaking, plus the leaking rear shock.

My car has done 45,000 miles.

How much could I sell these used parts for?

Would any of them be any use to anyone?

Cheers, Sam

I see used springs and dampers on e bay from time to time but don't if any of them sell far less for how much. I've never really understood why someone would want to replace their suspension with someone's knackered old cast-offs, especially if they're paying 3 or 4 hundred quid to have it fitted [8|]. But there's a lot of weirdos out there ...

as u only have three you might be able to sell them to derek trotter,or post them on the reliant forum ;-)

You mix up M030 and M033.
M033 is the lowered suspension and is available as retrofit kit (4 shocks and 4 springs)
The M030 is the sport suspension and is far more expensive and not available as a kit from Porsche.

Is that recent? as I fitted new M030 parts to my car including springs, anti-roll bars etc a couple of years ago and all came from Porsche.

Will I feel a major difference between MO30 and MO33 in terms of ride and handling with 18 inch alloys?

Do you think I should stick to MO30 if my car came from the factory with MO30?

Sam
