what wheels fit

I have a 1982 porsche 944 and I currently have the standard 15" cookies fitted.
I know the cup one wheels fit which I do like but wonder what others would also fit my car?
Wheels that I especially like are:
993 16" wheels
porsche cup 2 wheels
porsche 17" boxster s twist wheels
porsche cup 3 twists

They will all fit, but as your car has wheels with an early offset of 23mm you will need to fit spacers so that the wheels with a later offset do not sit too far inside your wheel arches.

Depending which wheel you choose you will need spaces between 20mm and 30mm

Use this calculator to decide which exact spacer you need

I do have a pair of 20 mm rear spacers so presumably these will be suitable on the rears?
Am I right that I can buy any of these wheel styles and they will fit with spacers?
Many thanks for the wheel calculator..very handy [:)]

Yes, you can fit any later Porsche wheels with the spacers, but do check the cost of those spacers (and possibly longer studs & open ended nuts) and make sure you have included them in your budget.

The Cup1s you refer to may be aftermarket replicas, I understand a company made the design to fit the early offset cars.

If you fit larger than 16" wheels Porsche recommend upgrading the wishbone rear mounts to the 968 part number, which has less rubber & more metal. Not 100% on whether this part fits the early offset cars though.

To be frank though, one of the benefits of having the early offset is that you can fit Fuchs. It's what I'd do [;)]
