Cup 1's are lovely but I personally think the wheels that suit the 944 best are 5 spoke wheels with a twist - like turbo cup 3's, Boxster twists and my personal favourites that are high up on my list - 996 turbo wheels. I also like the 5 spoke Carrera wheels as fitted on 997's and Boxsters (Rick Cannel has these on his car also), and the GT3mk1 wheels as sported by Nick 'Appleton' also look nice. I'd like to see what a set of GT3mk3 wheels looks like also.

well I've had all three ...D90 Fuchs and currently Cup 1 and I'd say that cup1's fill those arches brilliantly but my fav is still the fuchs I had on my original Lux they always looked gorgeous
There is another wheel that looks very much like the D90 I think it looks a lot better but is a bit rare. I would be interested to see some of the new Aston and BMW wheels on a 944 . There used to be a bit of software where you could copy paste wheels into a image of your car .

Yes Milie Miglia went bust. My '85 car has Cup 3's made by them and they are nice wheels. I have put Cup 1's on my new car, am not sure which I prefer tbh. I would also suggest Design911 as a good source for whatever type you are looking for.

I have the D90s and really like the look of them. I just have the color inserts and it makes a nice difference. However, if you don't like the look of them then it's a personal thing so while I'd keep the D90s I would also like a set of Cup1 wheels.
