I asked Porsche this and they joked Turbo, Turbo S or TWIN Turbo S Plus
begs the question though as how will it be set apart other than performance of course ..mmmmm Turbo x2???

Same situation with the turbo Macan - where all but one model (that I think is either special order it not available in the UK) are turbocharged.

As the others are still called Carerra I can't see any reason why the Turbo/S should need a name change!

I agree. No name change needed. The model name happens to reflect its engine but the normally aspirated cars were never named in that way so don't need a name change either. A car named Carrera is always named Carrera whether it has a 3.4, 3.6, 3.0 turbo engine. Porsche don't stick badges on the back such as "3.4 DFI". Similarly, a GT2 doesn't have 'turbo' in its name.

"Turbo" is the flagship's name so I doubt they'll change that.
