What's leather and what's plastic?

Im trying to figure out what is leather and what isn't leather in my gen 2 996

ive ordered some metropole blue dye and leather cleaner from Dynamix (thanks Minny) and wondering what i can use it on other than the seats.

are all the stitched areas on the instrument binnacle and door cards leather?

what about the door handles, glove box, dash etc? they look plastic.

the car has the draped leather options 601 and 939 but thats all.

I was under the impression that anything stitched is leather and anything that's not is leatherette.

Option 601 is Litronic/Bi-Xenon Headlights.

Do you have option 981, or any "X" options like XTC (Leather door cards)

Metropole blue full leather
Ruffled leather

only XME option
and 939

Unless your car is badly faded or very worn you should only need to do the seats!

The dashboard top and button, glove box - it's basically the dial surrounds and down the centre of the console around the a/c, pcm etc. The side panels to rear seats are leather.

The doors are basically leather the problems is the door rest as you need to strip of the polo's before dyeing
