What's Sandy Beige interior like in the flesh?

The beast is Sand Beige and very nice it is too
I like the colour combination with Black or the proper silvery silvers (s opposed to Grey silvers before I get any sarcastic comments).
Tractor is also another lovely colour.
As to resale well it goes like this "sir, you've gone for a popular combination, I am afraid we have any number of cars with this spec in this colour choice, theres just not the demand, you understand why I have to offer you less than you were hoping..." So standard colour combo's ie black interior are too common but then you get "well, sir its an unusual colour combo, theres just not the demand....."
So basically you get done either way.
Buy the colours you like and enjoy it. I would argue the same for the options. You'll take a bath at resale what ever so the question is "who are you buying the car for". Yourself or the next buyer who'll get everything they want at your expense (depreciation) but some how you were never quite happy with the car you bought...... pointless.

I agree this is my first Porsche prior to that I have always had Mercs and every one I always bought with sand beige leather as I felt it made it a more appealing place to be, they may say that it has limited appeal but I buy cars for my enjoyment therefore i get the interior that pleases me!
Sand beige I think works very well but I am biased!

I guess what is really important is whether you like a sand interior colour but there is no doubt that the trade don't like it and it will therefore have some negative impact on resale value.
Yep - but I have found when ever I am selling a car what every type and spec its always "trade don't like it sir, oversupply, too specilialist or what ever other negotiating tactic you like"
Who are you buying the car for?
I can think of nothing worse than buying an £80k+ car owning it for 4 years or so and feeling diaapointed every day cause I ordered spec that will do marginally better on resale than the one I wanted and would have enjoyed more.

I had the 'perfect' spec to sell of Black on Black and as Tom points out the dealer had the lots of these in stock story...
I find the colour to be bright and airy and offer a feel of open space, however as said, the dealers don't seem that keen on it..[&:]
Mind you I had a Green 911 and it sold straight away as someone just happened to want it...
