Why do we have this section? Is it for Scotland members only to discuss the WOTTTY?[;)]

Does it have another sinister purpose?
 
It originally came about when there was all the infighting in the region. People wanted to be able to discuss things, but in a members-only forum.
 
Talking about all the non members - guests !!!!
Infighting, we could do with some of that to liven the forum up...............it's dead just now.
