what's this called on 6 Speed Box

Above and rear of drive shafts. Selector rod clips on to a lever that comes from the selector cable.
The video shows slack. This gives and metallic sounds with gear changes. Can these be replaced?

on the transmission section on illustration 302-05 (page 125 on my computer) is item 9 which i think may be the part you want - its labelled as a flywheel.

so yes you should be able to buy it.
