Hi Graham

I contacted Thomas Hanna (Thomas.Hanna@t-online.de) at Lokari (www.lokari.de/english/index.html ) soon after seeing an article in 911+PW some time ago.

His company manufactures aluminium wheel arch liners for most classic cars. The 3.2 Carrera ones he produces are pretty neat and even have cut outs for the rear thermostat oil pipes. IIRC they were approximately £75 per pair when I initially enquired about them.

I haven' t got round to buying them yet as I plan to get the rear bumpers wheel arches refurbed before fitting the liners.

Cheers

Anil

I`ve Sent a email to thomas Hanna to see what discount we can get so will keep you infomed about the out come, if anyone wants them let me know

Hi
I now have the reply from Thomas Hanna :-

We could send 6 pairs (for 3 cars) in a package. So delivery-costs are
same. Over 5 pairs will bring a 5% discount. Problem: Payment in UK not
possible by COD only in advance on my account. The people who order the
fenderliners must pick them off by the delivered person. Do you have a
yearly meating? So there could somebody handle the distribution. If you
order more than 10 pairs (5 cars) I can give you a discount of 15%.
Pair of fenderliners: 110 Euros. Set of 4: 220 Euros. Delivery costs: 35
Euros for maximum 6 pairs. If you order 6 pairs, e.g.: 660Euros minus 5% = 627
Euros. O.K.? Thomas

So is anyone interested !

Just checked on the site thay can make them for any Porsche

Fordy,
110 euro' s = around 74 pounds, for 2 liners.
Has any one seen this product? Any photos?
I' d be interested; but I' m curious as to how they fix them in place? I' ve seen how 964' s are fixed- with 6mm studs spot welded to panels.
Any more details?

Graham -I had these on an MGB GT some years ago -the front ones even had a lip that extended below the front cill in order to encourage air flow between the liner and the bodywork -essential in the B as the front inner wing had a designed in mudtrap!!
